Absolutely! If you've accumulated credit on your Take Ten account from leaving us reviews or by referring a friend to us, you can use your balance against a one-off purchase, or your next renewal subscription box.
Yes! Simply choose the items you'd like us to include in the box and checkout. Enter the address you'd like it to go to at checkout and we'll send it straight to them.
Click the 'This Is A Gift' tag at checkout. (Located on the left panel).
We never include order information inside our boxes as this can be retreived from your online account. We do however include an information card so if they have any concerns they will have all our contact information at-hand to get in touch with us.
If you'd like to include an optional personal message inside the box, email us taketenbox@outlook.com, stating your email address or order number and we'll include the message inside their box at no extra charge.
By choosing a gift box, your items will be packaged;
- In our beautiful Take Ten box with a gold-foil logo.
- Your items will be packaged enclosed in white acid-free tissue paper, secured with a Take Ten sticker.
- For the final touch, we'll include scented petals and ribbon wrapped around the box.
- (Optional) gift message inside.
- Your box will be sent out in a mailing bag to help protect the box from marks or any damage that can occur in transit.
Yes! We allow up to 14 working days for you to let us know if you'd like to return any item(s). Please contact us at taketenbox@outlook.com.
Please note: items need to be in their original condition, unopened and unused for a valid refund.
